New noodle design and.. a rabbit?

A couple of months ago, I decided to do a redesign of my amphimorpho sona. For some reason, it just was not feeling right anymore for me to be a bright creamsicle colored creature. It was honestly a pretty difficult process to find a design that feels right.
Thankfully, after a lot of iterations and with the help of my partner (huge thanks to them for all the help by the way), I managed to land on one that feels just like me.

With that being said, here is my new design!

Concept art of a fluffy green and cream colored amphimorpho with yellow accents and pink goo on its tail, paws and in its ears. A pine tree like pattern is on its back.

It was made with a few design considerations including:

Thicker fur
More cryptid-like colours and vibes
Disability representation
Callback to human form
A bit less friend shaped (a hard thing to do with amphimorpho if you ask me but I think it was achieved ^^”)

A lot of the small design decisions probably won’t be able to be figured out unless they’re specifically pointed out but they are there and they make me happy! Overall, I am very satisfied with how it turned out and plan on getting a proper ref sheet for it in the near future.

A rabbit??

For the last little while I’ve been just trying forms for fun just because, well… I’m a shapeshifter. It’s just what I do sometimes. Some of them I loved and had a blast with, others I didn’t care much for.

Then there was the rabbit.

It came out of basically nowhere. I was writing an amphimorpho story and I needed a form that the character would use just for fun. I ended up settling on a rabbit and, not too long after, I decided to try it out for myself.

Long story short: It is the form that feels the most right out of any form I’ve tried, rivaling even my amphimorpho form.
At this time, I believe it to be a new theriotype.

I am slowly working on a design for it and will be sure to share that whenever it is completed. It’s likely to be a while before I get there though considering the design is maybe 5% complete right now.

I view both the rabbit and the amphimorpho differently:

The amphimorpho is like an ideal version of me, if anything at all could be done.
The rabbit is closer to an actual version of myself and is a bit more grounded in reality.

Overall, I love both in their own way and for different reasons.

So… am I a noodle or a bnuuy?

I’m both! I alternate between the two throughout the day as I see fit. Sometimes I may be a noodle, other times I may be a rabbit.
That being said, don’t worry too much about figuring out which of the two I am at any given time. I alternate frequently enough that I don’t think it matters!
